"Sequences" are a succession of themes, formally or substantially related. They are aspects that follow one another, interact, or complement each other. In the exhibition bearing this title, the works on display take on exactly this role, with the space and its interpretation serving as the connecting link.

Space and its relationship to it are the true focus of sculptural and architectural exploration. Within the context of the "Sequences" exhibition, sculptural and architectural works—three-dimensional in nature—are presented alongside two-dimensional works such as paintings and graphic art. Plastic objects are contrasted with oil paintings, drawings, and collages. These different artistic genres strengthen, integrate, and complete one another precisely through this equalizing juxtaposition.

This vision of space, already complex in itself, is further expanded on an acoustic level. Building on and continuing the previous exhibitions, this approach offers a broader and, at the same time, entirely different perspective on space and form.

In this way, the new exhibition continues the sequence of artistic events presented this year by the Civic Gallery of Bressanone.
