MUSÉE NATIONAL DOLOMITES

The Musée National Dolomites was called into life by a handful of artists in 2018 on the occasion of an exhibition during the FIAC in Paris. Within the Federation of South Tyrolean Artists, the Musée National Dolomites has advanced to become an area responsible for the broader international format of local artists. The goal is to shift the horizon of activities, with South Tyrolean art as an export product. By choosing a strategic location for exhibitions, the local network will be expanded. Toward this end, important destinations of large-scale art events will be used to position South Tyrolean art internationally and to form new contacts and strengthen them through concrete cooperative ventures. The focus is on works and themes that rethink the land and its art scene, between traditions and innovations.
