Literature / Documentation Center

Since the early-1980s, when the "Circle of South Tyrolean Authors" was founded within the SKB, the subject area of Literature has represented an organizational unit focusing on readings, appearances by writers, discussion events, and the awarding of literary prizes. Additionally, in 1988, the "Documentation Center" was established as a reception-aesthetic platform in which a trilingual collection of newspaper and magazine articles on the topic of South Tyrolean literature documents literary life in South Tyrol.
